Personal injury law firm in Culver City is looking for a legal assistant.
Our firm has been handling personal injury cases for the past 14 years. We are a client-oriented law firm that believes in communication as a cornerstone of our success. The main qualification of a successful candidate is an ability and willingness to effectively communicate with clients, adjusters, attorneys, and providers and get the job done.
Legal assistants help attorneys with the following aspects of the of an ongoing case:
- maintain regular and frequent communication with clients to update them on case status;
- obtains necessary information and documents from insurance companies, medical providers, and other vendors;
- following set procedures regarding property damage claims, loss of use claims, etc;
- arranging transportation to clients via rideshare portals.
To that end, we are looking for people who meet the following criteria:
- must possess excellent communication skills;
- must possess excellent computer user skills;
- diligent, punctual, professional, reliable, respectful;
- able to follow direction and handle multiple task at the same time.
This is a full-time position available now. You will be joining a law firm with a friendly office environment and plenty of opportunities for growth.
