Nurse Manager - RN
Location : GSS-Albion
1222 S 7th Street, Albion, NE 68620
Employment type: Part time with potential to pick up shifts for full time
Hourly: $25.63-28.44 per hour
Shift: Day
Job Summary
Completes nursing portion of MDS and reviews for completion and
validity of entire process. Assesses, plans, implements and coordinates a plan
of care for residents. Assures medications and treatments are administered to assigned
residents. Assists with care plan interventions and evaluates for
effectiveness; assesses for accuracy of the MDS. Makes changes on plan of care
as needed. Ensures physicians’ orders are processed and physicians and
families notified in a timely manner; observes and documents observations and
care given to residents. Knowledge of the RAI/ MDS process is necessary.
Must be certified through AANAC as a Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT)
within 6 month of hire. Assists DNS in oversight of assigned neighborhood/unit.

Nebraska Nursing License
