Summary
The Marketing team is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead our team as a Manager, Marketing Analytics. We are looking for a self-motivated leader who will manage Audience Analytics for Marketing.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the audience data governance process to create, validate, and distribute 1st party audience data for use across all marketing channels.
- Evaluate targeting across all channels including new experiences to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including media, agency, marketing science, and other stakeholders to align strategies and optimize processes.
- Develop and maintain the single source of truth for marketing audiences and keep all relevant parties up-to date with timelines and progress.
- Identify and lead opportunities to improve process, develop efficiencies, and deliver results, while ensuring data governance and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Ability to conduct thorough and accurate reviews of audience attributes, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Be results-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience managing an analytics or highly technical team.
- Possess strong business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate
- Have a proven ability to operate in a process-oriented environment, adhere to risk/control, procedure, and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer.

Annual Salary
$133,000.00 - $207,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
