Serves as liaison between Nursing, IT and vendors. Coordinates project tasks with physicians and the medical staff and projects team. Serves as expert resource for Nursing staff. Will be responsible for understanding inpatient, clinical workflow and helping with the designing of the software applications for our clinical settings. Will work with physicians and the med! ical staff along with other business users to identify, and develop functionality which meets our business needs. Plans, conducts and directs the analysis of our clinical/hospital business problems to be solved with the physicians, nurses and medical staff through automated systems and improved business processes. Helps build specific, detailed and highly accurate content for medical and nursing protocols. Will need to spend extensive time communicating with Doctors and Nurses. Will assist in the development of content for each doctors practice and the nursing staff and then writing full medical documentation for each step to be included in the process.
Qualifications :
Must have current Idaho RN, LPN CNA or Medical Assistant licensure with a clinical background. Requires communication and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences. Requires ability to communicate and interact across facilities and at various levels. Must have ex! perience with clinical IT systems. Competence in MS Office pro! ducts. Clinical informatics experience preferred.
