Perform a full range of LPN services on site, using! furnished facilities, equipment and supplies to a variety of patients. All aspects of LPN services shall be commensurate with the capabilities of the provider and the Medical Department including but not limited to the items listed below.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of a nationally accredited, state or military approved practical nursing program
- Active, Valid, unrestricted license/certification to practice nursing as an LPN in a US jurisdiction
- Current BLS certification
- Physically capable of performing all services with reasonable accommodation
