- opened their current location in 1972 and is approximately 25,000 square feet in size
- Hospital opened their facilities 2011 and has approx. 6! ,800 annual patient visits
- CRMC opened in 1993 and has approx. 2,700 annual patient visits
- 2 OR’s and 1 minor procedure room
- Perform approx. 20 surgical cases and 25 procedures/month with great payer contracts and case mix and is multi-specialty driven by General, Ortho, Urology, ENT, Interventional Radiology, and Podiatry
- Cardiology and Pulmonology services
- Services in CT Scan, MRI, Nuclear, Ultrasound, XRAY and COLA accredited Lab
- 2 Primary Care physicians, 1 Internal Medicine physician and 2 Nurse Practitioner employment model
- A true “TEAM†effort environment
- Competitive Base Salary from 180K-190K and is negotiable
- Potential Performance-based Incentive Bonus (QA/In-servicing activities) not currently being done
- Performs Medical Director role as appointed

It is! within 2 hours of the annual, week-long Cheyenne Frontier Days Celebration.
