Contributes to, monitors & implements patient’s plan of care, Responds to call lights and patient needs in a timely fashion. Recognizes changes in patient condition and notifies charge nurse in timely manner. Serves as a patien! t advocate. Demonstrates expertise in provision of Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) for patients and delivers such care in a professional and caring manner.
Communicates effectively with co-workers, patients and their family. Responds in a timely and effective manner to patient/Family concerns and provides immediate interventions when possible. Adapts to changes in workload and completes assignments while maintaining quality care. Maintains clean work environment free of clutter to prevent injury.
Promotes team work through effective interpersonal relationships with staff. REQUIREMENTS: • Active certification with the State of Nebraska • Provide safe and appropriate care within the standards of nursing • Independent problem-solving skills and self-directed work experience • Demonstrates written and verbal communication skills
