An expanding and prosperous multi-discipline engineering leader is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer for their Omaha office. This ENR Top 200 firm is looking for an experienced PE or SE to lead their ! Omaha office in the design of Class 1 railroad bridges. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and project management. This Senior Bridge Engineer will be highly motivated and energetic, and have the ability to mentor EIT's and technicians. Primary responsibilities will also include plan projection, marketing and client development. We serve an extremely diverse client base and our Bridge Engineers serve federal and municipal governments, public transportation agencies, railroad companies, industrial and commercial corporations, private developers, healthcare, and renewable energy corporations. And we are only expanding!
There is also an excellent opportunity for this Senior Bridge Engineer to advance into a Bridge Section Manager with the right experience and drive!
Required:
- PE required, SE preferred
- Minimum of 10 years designing railroad bridges and other structures
- Proficiency with Micros! oft Office software, MicroStation or other CAD platform, and s! tructural design software
- Demonstrated Project management skills
- Strong communication skills and willing to work in a team environment
- Excellent leadership, planning and mentoring skills
