Housekeeper
Hours: Every other weekend and holiday
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Cleans and disinfects patient rooms and public areas as assigned daily following 8-step department procedures.
Conducts all cleaning activit! ies and operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner ! as prescribed in the departmental training sessions. Ensure cleanliness of areas of responsibility.
Reports all building and/or furniture maintenance requirements to the Environmental Services Coordinator.
Conduct all cleaning activities in a safe and efficient manner as prescribed in the departmental training sessions.
Responsible for the operation of cleaning equipment in a safe and productive manner.
Experience
Prefer previous housekeeping experience.
Education and Licensure
Completion of grammar school or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be able to operate housekeeping equipment.
Ability to follow verbal directions.
