Aureus Medical is currently seeking a Front Desk Support professional to work in its Nursing Healthcare division!
Aureus Nursing, a division of C&A Industries, provides Registered Nurse staffing solutions to hospita! ls nationwide.

This important role encompasses a wide range of duties including:

• Answering multi-line phone system.
• Sorting incoming mail.
• Typing and reformatting resumes.
• Forwarding incoming faxes to appropriate departments.
• Assembling and sending out pre-employment packets.
• Providing leads to sales staff from various job boards.

We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate with at least 1 year of office or administrative work experience who thrives in a fast-past environment! Must have great interpersonal skills as this position is the "face" of the division when people call or stop in.
