Refferal Bonus Duties & Responsibilities
Completes assignments made by physicians.
Provides routine treatment and post-surgical care .
Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
Administers medication.
Accurate & timely documents routine vital sign checks, changes in status, continence issues & dietary changes.
Meticulous documentation as to medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other treatment team members. Requirements:
Active RN License.
Degree from accredited nursing program.
BLS Certifications.
Two years of recent exp! erience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting.
