We are seeking bright and enthusiastic Remote Call Center Agents (a.k.a. Client Support Specialists) to join our compassionate and caring team, providing concierge-level 24/7 telephone coverage and scheduling support throughout the US and Canada for the nation's leading provider of private pay care in the home.
Cohort start date will be 08/14/23.
You will begin at $15 per hour during your four weeks of training and can earn up to $18.00 per hour after 90 days, with the opportunity to earn more based on the shifts you work.
As a perfect fit for this role, you will have exceptional communication and customer service skills, a passion for helping others, a drive to succeed and detail oriented. We provide all the necessary training to help you learn the business and succeed in this role. After four weeks of training, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, fielding outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service through phone and email correspondence, maintaining detailed and accurate records, and demonstrating empathy, concern, and care for our clients. We expect you to accept coaching and direction from team leaders, maintain a professional demeanor with clients and coworkers, and have a track record of reliability.
Minimum qualifications include an excellent and demonstrable customer service focus, a track record of reliability, strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
