We are a residential development company specializing in the development of apartment buildings, small lot subdivision projects and ADUs.
Top candidates will be strong team players, proactive and perform well under pressure. This position reports directly to Project Management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with AP processing
- Assist with payroll processing
- Assist with inventory management and process returns
- Compliance tracking for projects and subcontractors
- Pick up and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Aid in sourcing materials and equipment
- Organize and file documents
- Assist CEO with personal tasks

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience including in Accounts Payable, Office Assisting, or Executive Assisting
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft suite (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
- Able to work effectively and professional in a team environment with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-starter and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
