Responsibilities
- Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly
- Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
- Manage and organize records and files
- Prepare relevant reports as needed
- Accurately input and maintain data in company databases through data entry and cleansing
- Conduct regular data analysis to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as required
- Provide general administrative support to team members and superiors
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and actively seek feedback to improve performance
Requirements
- 2 years of data entry experience or related office experience
- Post secondary education in Accounting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with Intuitive is preferred
- Strong computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- A desire to learn and grow within the company'
