The Central Recruiting Team is look for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring and team needs during our high peak season of recruitment at our North American headquarters in Cambridge, MA. This is a temporary role for 6 months, working 40 hours per week.
What you’ll do:

Assist requisition management through resume screening and candidate communication- Support our team of recruiters with candidate interview scheduling
- Welcome candidates to their Zoom or in-person interviews to ensure a great candidate experience
- Partner with our Sourcing Manager to move newly added candidates into our applicant tracking system and tag their source appropriately
- Work with our early career recruiter to support tasks and operations for our campus recruiting events
- Support any ad-hoc projects within our Recruiting and Development teams
Who you are and what you have:
- Internship experience in a HR or Recruiting role or 1+ years of strong administrative experience
- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities well
- Professional written and verbal communication skills for interacting with our external candidates and internal hiring teams
- Strong intuition working with new technical systems and other tools within the Microsoft suite. Bonus points if you’ve worked within an applicant tracking system, LinkedIn Recruiter or other online tools.
What to know:
- 6-month temporary role
- Compensation: $20 per hour
- 40 hours per week. Working hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm ET.
- Hybrid work schedule in our Cambridge, MA office. 4 days in office per week with an optional 1 day remote (Fridays).
- You will be provided with a laptop and our standard IT setup
- As this is a temporary, seasonal position, this role is not eligible for benefits, paid time off, vacation accrual, or paid holidays. Flexibility for unpaid time-off, if requested.
