We are looking for experienced operations support to oversee our administrative team and ensure efficient office operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in office administration and logistics, with 2 years of experience in an administrative role. The operations support will work closely with the management team to coordinate administrative functions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the administrative team, including training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and in hard copy.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Oversee procurement and inventory management activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports on administrative activities and expenditures.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
- 2 years experience related to waste management(preferable)
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, staff, and waste vendors at all levels
- Ability to analyze and report data
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Good understanding of environmental legislation
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy
Computer literate
- Experienced in the implementation and design of waste management systems

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
