Operations Assistant [United Arab Emirates]


 

We are looking for experienced operations support to oversee our administrative team and ensure efficient office operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in office administration and logistics, with 2 years of experience in an administrative role. The operations support will work closely with the management team to coordinate administrative functions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the administrative team, including training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory management activities.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on administrative activities and expenditures.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 2 years experience related to waste management(preferable)

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, staff, and waste vendors at all levels
  • Ability to analyze and report data
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Good understanding of environmental legislation
  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy

Computer literate

  • Experienced in the implementation and design of waste management systems

Note:

  • Able to join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Waste Management: 2 years (Required)
