The implementation, support, analysis, execution and training for sales and marketing
Provides support to enable facilities to meet admissions and census goals.!
Provides marketing leadership and support to their assigned facilities to enable them to meet business objectives, increase market awareness, implement strategies, create sales and marketing plans, build, expand and achieve admissions and census goals.
Ability to screen referrals in Chicago area hospitals
Experience with the admission process in Skilled Nursing Facilities
Some sales and management experience
Essential qualifications include:
At least three (3) years recent sales experience in the health care industry
Prior Long-Term Care sales experience a plus
Proven ability to develop and implement a sales & marketing plan
Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
